Water festival or Bon Om Touk, as it is called in Cambodia, is a celebration, that marks the turning of the water in Tonle sap-river.
It's a huge celebration, mainly in Phnom Penh,
over 1,5 million people visits the city over the 3 day festival. so expect to find Sisowath Quai packed with people.
There's also some celebration, in other parts of the country, but nothing like in Phnom Penh.
And it's a festival to visit, at least once !
Fireworks every night, boat racing on the river, happy people everywhere.
